When it comes to Social Media, the buzzword at the moment is engagement. Everyone wants to know how to get their darned followers to engage more on their social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and others. I was sitting in front of a new client today and he asked me what exactly I do. When I explained that I write freelance and manage people’s social media campaigns, he looked at me quizzically and said, “When I was in school, your job didn’t even exist!” And he was absolutely correct!
